Will has always loved real estate since his college days. He bought his first property at age 23 and has been involved in real estate ever since. What started as a side hobby when he designed and built his own highly custom dream home turned into a real business when his free consulting led to his first paying customer. Born out of this deep passion for delivering the best of price, quality, and speed, Will saw an opportunity to provide an integrated experience unlike any other that exists. Leveraging his background in mortgage and construction lending, Will designed a fully integrated experience that marries the convenience of a production builder with the customization needs people have of doing something different without breaking the bank. He prides himself by not being the smartest person in the room, as building a home requires the expertise, opinions, and advice of literally hundreds of people.

Outside of working for his clients, Will enjoys spending time with his children, golfing with his buddies, exploring all the beauty the world has to offer, and researching the latest ways to best utilize technology to improve the overall client experience.

Shayne Nelson | Chief operating officer

Shayne joined Revere Custom Homes in 2023 after a highly successful career in the software industry where he managed enterprise clients of all sizes and industries for 20 years. In addition to his strengths keeping clients happy and delivering the best solutions for them, Shayne has a knack for designing custom spaces that bring our clients a lot of happiness; a kid at heart, Shayne’s own home office is full of customized lego displays and vintage toys from his childhood. In addition to Shayne’s creativity, he is arguably the most resourceful person you will ever meet—an invaluable skill when building a custom home!

Outside of work, Shayne enjoys making his family laugh with his practical jokes and contagious sense of humor, entertaining his neighbors every October with his haunted garage, and beating his friends in golf with consistency and not length.
